"les cuento que hay una sopa en especial que me encanta por su valor nutricional y sabor que es la sopa de arvejas, grano que por sí solo es muy rico, y aunque se puede preparar de muchas maneras, mi la favorita es en sopa, yo le agregándole verduras y pollo, aunque también se le puede agregar carne de lagarto, queda igual de sabrosa, una de mis motivaciones principales para hacer esta sopa es que mis hijos varíen en sus platos y tengan una dieta cada más saludable"
