Quiero empezar no sin antes desearle muchas bendiciones. En esta oportunidad quiero expresar o seguir comentando mi situación un poco irregular con respecto a la salud de mi adorable madre que ya les había hecho llegar en mi post anterior. En esa ocasión les expresé mi preocupación por el estado de salud de mi madre debido a una caída en horas de la madrugada cuando se dirigía al baño provocando un terrible resbalón que le trajo como consecuencia una gran fractura de su fémur de su pierna izquierda. He aquí cuando empieza de una manera desesperante a buscar cómo remediar este gravísimo problema de salud de nada más y nada menos del ser que nos trajo al mundo y nos dió la crianza que con mucho amor agradecemos como hijos.

I want to begin by wishing you many blessings.In this opportunity I want to express or continue commenting on my somewhat irregular situation regarding the health of my lovely mother that I had already shared with you in my previous post.On that occasion I expressed my concern for the state of my mother's health due to a fall in the early hours of the morning when she was going to the bathroom causing a terrible slip that resulted in a great fracture of her femur of her left leg.This is when she began to desperately look for a way to remedy this very serious health problem of nothing more and nothing less than the being who brought us into the world and gave us the upbringing that we are so grateful for as children.

En mi post anterior culmine mi relato no muy seguro que fuesen a operar a mi madre debido a su insuficiencia cardíaca producto de su avanzada edad, siendo de alto riesgo según lo expresado por el anestesiólogo. Luego de esperar ansiosamente su turno en el hospital cercano a mi ciudad y siguiendo las pautas para el preoperatorio con la ayuda de Dios se consiguió los insumos para dar inicio a la operación, ya recluida en el quirófano después de unos largos minutos de angustia se decidió no practicar dicha operación debido a lo delicada que sería sin tener en consideración que no contaban con equipos de UCI, "Unidad de cuidado intensivo".

In my previous post I finished my story not very sure that they were going to operate my mother because of her heart failure due to her advanced age, being high risk as expressed by the anesthesiologist. After waiting anxiously for her turn in the hospital near my city and following the guidelines for the preoperative with the help of God the supplies were obtained to start the operation, already confined in the operating room after a few long minutes of anguish it was decided not to practice the operation because of how delicate it would be without taking into consideration that they did not have ICU equipment, "Intensive Care Unit".

Decidimos traerla de nuevo a su casa para buscar otra alternativa lo más pronto posible. En esa oportunidad y con la ayuda de unos vecinos que trabajan en un hospital en el mismo estado pero bastante retirado de su residencia, gracias a la ayuda prestada por los servicios gratuito de ambulancias en nuestro municipio se trasladó a éste otro centro de atención hospitalaria, siendo de nuevo negada la ayuda por haber una larga lista de espera de personas que están esperando para también ser atendida quirúrgicamente. De nuevo estando en casa ya con mucha decepción pero con mucha fe a la vez seguimos buscando otra alternativa para su mejora , se nos presentó otra oportunidad pero en otro hospital ya no del mismo estado, sin pensarlo mucho y con el transcurrir de los meses la ingresamos en éste otro hospital del estado Mirandino. Donde de una manera casi inmediata se lleva al quirófano para ser intervenida, presentándose de nuevo la misma situación de riesgo de quedarse sin despertar luego de su operación.

Again being at home and with much disappointment but with much faith at the same time we continued looking for another alternative for her improvement, we were presented with another opportunity but in another hospital no longer in the same state, without thinking much and with the passing of the months we admitted her in this other hospital in the state of Mirandino. Where almost immediately she was taken to the operating room to be operated, presenting again the same situation of risk of not waking up after her operation.

En junta médica se llegó a la conclusión de estabilizar cardiológicamente, hacerle una evaluación y llevarla de nuevo al quirófano. En éstos momentos de espera y con mi mayor preocupación por los pormenores del dia a dia, entre su cuidado en el centro asistencial, tanto en su aseo personal, su alimentación y medicinas, teniendo en consideración que solo estamos enfrentando todos estos pormenores dos de mis hermanas y yo , que con con muchas ganas me voy los fines de semana para darle un poquito de apoyo y así aligerar un poco nuestra responsabilidad que tenemos como hijos y entre el afán de cumplir lo más que uno puede se nos presenta sin darnos cuenta un gran grado de entres tanto a mis hermanas como a mi persona.

between the desire to fulfill as much as one can we are presented without realizing a great degree of entres both my sisters and myself.

Bueno para no ser tan extenso continúo con éste escrito y contarle que lo que menos me imaginé es que toda ésta preocupación más las que de una u otra manera personal nos afecta en estos momentos que estamos pasando en nuestra querida Venezuela. Luego de una fuerte faena laboral al llegar a mi casa empecé a sentir un pequeño dolor en el pecho, por lo cual decidí ir de inmediato al hospital donde me diagnosticaron problemas de tensión y Bradicardia (pulsaciones por debajo de 60/ minutos). Tan solo me mandaron a hacer actividades deportivas, en especial subir escalones para aumentar mis pulsaciones.

After a hard work when I got home I started to feel a little pain in my chest, so I decided to go immediately to the hospital where I was diagnosed with blood pressure problems and bradycardia (heart rate below 60/minutes). They only sent me to do sports activities, especially climbing stairs to increase my heart rate.

Al siguiente día sintiéndome aún con algo de dolor decidí trotar unos 4 Kilómetros, para luego continuar con mis labores diarias , pero al pasar de los días seguí con el dolor en la boca del estómago, en el lado izquierdo del pecho y en la espalda, por lo cual decidí ir al cardiólogo dónde me evaluaron con un electrocardiograma y un ecocardiograma diagnosticando que me había dado un infarto, pues no le había dado importancia al dolor que sentía presumiendo que era parte del agotamiento por mi faena laboral.

Imagínese que recién infartado, troté varios kilómetros e hice mis labores por no saber aún por el problema que estaba pasando de salud hasta este día que me examinó. En una segunda cita con el cardiólogo me exigieron hacerme unos exámenes tales como Holter, Mapa, y un Ecocardiograma que dentro de mi presupuesto me parecieron algo o un poco inalcanzables. Gracias a la valiosa colaboración desinteresada de nuestra hiver @hexagono6 quien debido a su afán de ayudarme les comunicó a muchas personas su preocupación. En tal sentido y sin imaginar me hace llegar una gran y valiosa ayuda de nuestro excelentísimo y querido amigo @GUILTYPARTIES , gracias a su aporte logre asi que me colocarán un Holter, un Mapa y me hicieran el electrocardiograma, siendo muy costoso para mi y gracias a nuestro bondadoso amigo me lo pude realizar.

Luego de unos ansiosos días me entregan los resultados de dichos exámenes donde según diagnóstico me mandaron medicamentos tales como Enalapril, Aspirina,Clopidogrel y Atorvastatina. Solo ahora para descartar si amerito que me hagan un Cateterismo sería haciéndome un Examen de Esfuerzo y así descartar o no dicho Cateterismo que por cierto es muy costoso en clínicas privada y en hospitales es posible siempre y cuando me anote en una larga lista de espera de aproximadamente un año o más.

Continuando con la problemática de mi madre ya para culminar, cuando ya han pasado cinco meses desde su caída que le trajo como consecuencia la fractura desplazada de su fémur, les comento que no se le fué posible realizar tan anhelada operación , según decisión de la junta médica que labora en éste último hospital Mirandino. Solo Dios sabrá el porqué no se pudo llegar con nuestro objetivo. Con la buena suerte de que mi madre es una persona de mucha fe y eso la mantiene con ánimo a pesar de las dificultades que se le presenta.

Continuing with my mother's problems and to culminate, when five months have passed since her fall that resulted in the displaced fracture of her femur, I tell you that it was not possible to perform such a desired operation, according to the decision of the medical board that works in this last hospital in Mirandino.
