Vietnam Authentic is a Vietnamese restaurant in Barcelona, ​​not far from Sagrada Familia, a major tourist attraction in Barcelona. • After we arrived at the shop, there were about 40 minutes left to order food. At that time, I was very hungry. When I opened the menu, I saw many interesting dishes. Each dish looked delicious. I wanted to order almost everything, but I couldn't. Lol, we looked at the menu for a while but had to hurry because there were only a few tables of customers in the shop. After getting the menu that I wanted to eat, I ordered Pho Nuea, Stuffed Omelette, Rainbow Fried Rice and hot tea with cinnamon and cold lychee tea, lemon and kiwi, celandine, honey served in a ceramic pot.

• After ordering food and drinks, I waited for a while. The drinks were served. Hot tea takes about four minutes to be ready to drink and the iced tea looks very delicious. The color of the tea is a little orange, decorated with a thin slice of lemon, mint leaves and two pieces of lychee on small ice cubes, which looks very delicious. The taste is sour and sweet, fragrant with lychee and lemon.

When we first saw it, we were shocked because it was very big and looked very delicious. We ordered this menu to share, but it was very big. It was almost our main menu. We tried it without sauce and it was very delicious. When we added the sauce, it tasted even better. We added spiciness with the chili sauce on the table, which made the taste even more delicious.

• After that, the rest of the food we ordered came. Each dish was very generous and looked delicious. The fried rice that came in a large plate looked very delicious. I like this kind of fried rice that is dry but the taste is delicious and the color is also delicious. Another thing is the beef pho. This is another menu that I really want to eat because I am someone who likes to eat noodles and this is another reason why I chose to come to this restaurant. The beef pho was served in a large bowl with fresh bean sprouts, fresh chili and lime. I tried it and it was quite delicious and of course I added chili sauce as usual to make the taste very strong. We ate deliciously until the restaurant closed.

At first, we thought they were customers but when we heard them talking in Vietnamese even though we couldn't understand it, we wondered if they were real Vietnamese. We talked to the owner and found out that They tried to make everything authentically Vietnamese, he said almost everything was from Vietnam, even the tiles on the floor. We were very impressed.
