This week I really plateaued my goal with my calorie deficits is designed so I loose half a lb a week well hopefully that is what happened and my scale just isn’t sensitive enough because my weight remained the same according to it . The other explanation is that I have reached equilibrium on the amount of calories I’m consuming vs burning so I may need to pick up my game on the burning side as I’ve been pretty lazy to this point . Either way I could use some word of encouragement if you have them
Here are my calories in vs calories out for the week as you can see I had one day I went over but it shouldn’t have been enough to negate all weight loss as I did burn more than I consumed just not to the point to hit my deficit goal
