A Lavender Plant can keep the Four (4) Bugs away such as Moths, Flies,Fleas, and Mosquitoes
If you don't know these kind of insects, here is their definition:
Moths-a chiefly nocturnal insect related to the butterflies. It lacks the clubbed antennae of butterflies and typically has a stout body, drab coloration, and wings that fold flat when resting.
Flies- Flies have a mobile head, with a pair of large compound eyes, and mouthparts designed for piercing and sucking (mosquitoes, black flies and robber flies), or for lapping and sucking in the other groups. Their wing arrangement gives them great maneuverability in flight, and claws and pads on their feet enable them to cling to smooth surfaces.
Fleas- Fleas are small flightless insects that form the order Siphonaptera. As external parasites of mammals and birds, they live by consuming the blood of their hosts. Adults are up to about 3 mm (0.12 in) long and usually brown.
Mosquitoes- a slender long-legged fly with aquatic larvae. The bite of the bloodsucking female can transmit a number of serious diseases including malaria and encephalitis.
A Basil Plant can keep the two (2) bugs such as Houseflies and Mosquitoes
Here is the Definition of Houseflies:
Housefly- The housefly (Musca domestica) is a fly of the suborder Cyclorrhapha. It is believed to have evolved in the Cenozoic era, possibly in the Middle East, and has spread all over the world as a commensal of humans. It is the most common fly species found in houses. Adults are grey to black, with four dark, longitudinal lines on the thorax, slightly hairy bodies, and a single pair of membranous wings. They have red eyes, set further apart in the slightly larger female.
A Marigold Plant can keep Insects away from our home such as Mosquitoes and Aphids
The Definition of Aphids is a minute bug that feeds by sucking sap from plants. It reproduces rapidly, often producing live young without mating, and may live in large colonies that cause extensive damage to crops.
A Catnip Plant can keep away dangerous Mosquitoes from our home. Thankfully this plant is helpful!
A Peppermint Plant can keep away Three (3) insects away from our Peaceful home such as Spiders, Ants, and Mosquitoes... Again!
Spiders is a very common insect that everybody's afraid of! And I'm one of them being afraid of the spiders!
And last but not the least, A Rosemary can keep the Two (2) insects away from our home such as Fleas and Ticks.
What are Ticks?
They're indeed very scary and yet so small to see! And the Definition of ticks is that Ticks are arthropods (invertebrates with external skeletons and jointed legs), but they’re neither insects nor spiders. Ticks belong to a special group of mites; all ticks are mites, but not all mites are ticks. The term ‘tick’ is also used botanically to describe certain kinds of plants (such as Tick Trefoil and Beggar’s Ticks) and their seeds that are adapted to adhering to animal fir (and our clothing).
