I never knew I did a lot of walking, until I saw Kaylinart’s report and I decided to check mine.
WHO (World Health Organization) recommends a baseline of 10,000 steps daily which covers about 30 minutes of daily exercise.This post is inspired by @kaylinart’s actifit report card. On Tuesday, I made a total of 12,395 steps as recorded by the “Health app” on my apple phone.
I guess I was able to beat pass that record, compared to last week records
