La Salud mental..? Que es salud mental? porque es tan importante y porque no practicamos mejor tener una salud mental? tiene que ver el como nos sentimos con la salud mental?
Como medico es mi deber promover la salud y lo hago por medio de mis publicaciones y según la experiencia que vivo día a día con mis pacientes. por experiencia puedo decir que la total y "plena paz mental" puede hacer que tu día sea sin estrés y sin cansancio.
aveces el trabajo y la sociedad en la que vivimos nos ponen a prueba cada día y eso causa en nosotros una agobiante sensación de ahogo cuando logramos estar centrados y en paz con nosotros mismo somo capaces de ser mas autónomos y mas auto-suficiente en el trabajo en las respuestas que damos en todo lo que laboramos en el día a día.
Como afecta la salud mental a tu vida y a tu rutina? Fácil, piensa en un profesor de clase de matemáticas que es pensando en el problema que tiene la con la renta y los problemas financiero, sumándole a eso el estrés y el cansancio mental que produce forzar el cerebro, tener que soportar a los estudiantes y a todo lo que traen con ellos y así una serie de evento que si no sabemos como enfrentarlos no llevan al limite y sentimos que vamos a explotar pero si cada una de esas cosas la logramos tomar con calma y sabemos como actuar en el momento en que están pasando esas malas situaciones y controlamos un poco las emociones el resultado al final del día sera positivo y no sera lo contrario por la suma de esos factores negativo..
RECUERDA QUE LA SALUD MENTAL NO SIGNIFICA QUE ESTAS LOCO INDICA LA PAZ Y LA CALMA QUE TIENES Y SIENTES CONTIGO MISMO>!!
