Clearing programmed fears

in #healing7 years ago (edited)

I have a thing for mantras, and to clear negative programs, I use a mantra that is said to be an astral weapon because it is charged with fire energy, and can be directed at a negative force like a spear, to remove it. The mantra is HUM PHAT SVAHA. HUM contains a powerful fire quality, PHAT directs the energy (like a strike), and SVAHA gives additional fire energy. This mantra is used to remove negativity in body and mind, fears and weaknesses.

Before I explain how to use the mantra, a word about honesty. Holistic tools can only be used to clear the mind from falsehood. They cannot be used to try to clear something that is true. This matters because if you are afraid of being honest with yourself and to acknowledge something that is true, your first healing intention should be to clear your fear of the truth. Meditation should not – and cannot – be used to avoid or escape reality.

To clear negative programming, sit in a meditation position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to release tension. Set your intention for healing and begin reciting the mantra HUM PHAT SVAHA. Allow feelings, fears and negative programming to surface, and as they surface, continue practicing the mantra while visualizing fire burning through the layers of programming and through timelines. Remain in gratitude as you allow everything to surface – even if the thoughts are fearful, keep your heart open and grateful – grateful because no matter what arises in your experience, you have the power, the skills and the tools to address it. Trust.

After 10 minutes (or longer if you can/want), remain silent for another 10 minutes. Visualize yourself floating into the Void and feel into your energy field. Feel any density, heaviness or negativity leave your space, and allow yourself to be nourished on all levels with each in-breath. You will feel significantly calmer, and as your clear inner negative programs, you create space within yourself to welcome your own guidance and wisdom. Ask the Void any question you may have, and close your meditation with thoughts of gratitude.

Enjoy!
