You are probably already aware that the graphics card market is insane right now, or you are just finding out. Either way, nobody should be paying the ridiculous prices 3rd party sellers on Amazon, Newegg, and even used markets on EBay are charging right now. $400 to $500 bucks for a GTX 1060!!!???!! Heck no! and $700 to $800 or more for a GTX 1070!!?!?! People have lost their minds. I for one will not fall prey to these shady characters... and don't fall for any "to good to be true" prices on Alibaba that want you to send a money order. That is for sure a scam!
Why are Graphics cards going so expensive and hard to find you ask? That is a whole other barrel of pickles but between mining, memory shortages, and the way GPU producers few the market as a whole, it isn't likely to change soon.
BUT! Have faith!! If you have a little patience check out the website below. It is updated regularly and lists all the big retailers where you should be able to get one much closer to MSRP or as close as you are going to for a while.

You can even set alerts so you can jump on and buy before they run back out again. You will want to be quick tho, they good fast.
