I love this plant!
Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) is one amazing plant. Besides being a really healthy food for people, it can also make some very powerful fertilizer for plants. In this video, I'll show you the simple process starting with the raw plants and ending up with an incredible amount of liquid fertilizer. If you've never tried this, you really should.
Besides being really easy to make, it is so powerful that you need to dilute it, so just one five gallon bucket full can make fifty five gallons of fertilizer! How cool is that?

Wouldn't it be easier just to lay the stinging nettle plant clippings in your garden? As they decay and the rain turns them into tea, you get a natural timed relieve.
Amazing buddy, thanks for the wonderful tutorial! Incidentally, who originally taught you this?
this plan is verry good sir.all the best.
Awesome stuff!!! I totally agree @papa-pepper, healthy for everything and everyone and the fishing line/ cordage is a fabulous tip! ! Our plants are going to LOVE IT, I have used other green plants like grass cuttings to make similar fertilizer but nettles will be particularly potent no doubt . Resteemed ! Hi there MonsterTruck!🌈
Cool! Thanks so much!
Wow, it's so easy and rich to use...
Thanks for this tips and great work @papa-pepper...
Very easy and potent! I love it!
Interesting plant! I haven’t been interested in it however since I brushed up against some not knowing what it was. Steem on :)
It is a very interesting plant indeed! I love eating it and making tea from it too!
I just put the stinging nettle plants in pieces, on the soil, around the plants I want to fertilize :) Do you say making the tea this is better?
Not sure. Yours is probably a more "time-released" method where this one would deliver more immediately.
I brought to life a fading fig tree with stinging nettles :D it works!
Very nice! Great job!
I also can't wait to see you make fishing line out of the stem material, great job sir!howdy @papa-pepper! this is an amazing post. I had no idea this could be done from what I always considered to be a dang weed! so simple, easy and powerful..man.
Oh yeah! Hopefully I'll be fishing soon!
