Why I run my business slightly different...

So...I could write about 27 or more blogs on how to run your business more effectively, changing your mindset bla bla...following that brandnew strategy x bla bla and so on.

Yeah I have learnt all that mindset stuff and its not bad...its also not bad to know that one or two marketing trick, having a unique writing style and so on.

But ever since I came across energetical business leading, its never been the same. That time when I learnt how to run my business balanced by feminine and masculine energy that time changed it forever...for the best.

Well, than you might think...gosh Lauren whats that freaking bogus? Feminine and masculine energy leading a business? ha! What does that even mean?

And then I answer this quite simply:

Masculine: Doing, Planning, Organising, Analysing, Getting things done, Strategies,...

Feminine: Being, Receiving, Enjoying, Having fun, Lightness, Playing, Giggling,...

Ok...Masculine making sense in business right? But what about Having Fun, Enjoying or even Playing...how does that add anything to my business?

The only thing, that I will tell you...the more I am having fun, laughing my knockers off with friends, enjoying a massage, travelling, or all of those other beautiful things in life...the more I get clients running through my door!!!!

Its like they can feel that energy level inside me rising up and they are attracted by positive energy. They want the same! Everybody is seeking for more enjoyment and we are generally attracted by people who know how to have fun, right?
Plus its about time to really start leading businesses authentically, which also means to allow ourselves time to recharge, relax,..so we can be fully present and responsible for our business.

You might think...but what if I dont have all that time to make some fun time for myself? Hm...let me tell you...you'll be twice as fast writing that annoying email or letter once you are recharged and had a fun night out with your mates ;)

ESPECIALLY!!! when I am stressed or I think I cant finish something on time I get myself to do something fun...it takes a bit of practise to get out of your head...relax when you are stressed and dive into something really fun...but totally doable, I promise! This is the moment when you need fun the most, you need that BREAK, seriously!

So lets rock that ship...entrepreneurship ;)
