It was an interesting Wednesday yesterday across Europe in the world of football. Various matches were played with the English Premier League teams also toughing it out among themselves with some vying for top spot and some trying not to be relegated in the competition.

Chelsea Ease Off Pressure On Sarri As They Dent The Toffees Title Hope

Chelsea and Totthenham faced it out yesterday where Chelsea were able to put their past struggles behind them emerging victorious in the london derby by beating Tottenham two goal to nothing. Thanks to a goal from Pedro and an own goal by Trippier the Blues were able to see off their rivals to further their hope of finishing in the top four.

Arsenal Were Able To Defeat Bournemoth in a Match Filled With Goals

The Gunnners were able to show superiority with the out of favor Mesut Ozil prooving to be a top player and wih his performance yesterday only time will tell if he will be further neglected ny Unai Emery. Arsenal moved back to Fourth on the table just four points behind Tottenham whom they will be meeting on Saturday. Will they be able to reduce the points between them? Only time will tell.

Manchester City Turns Up The Pressure

At the Etihad yesterday, the defending champions Manchester city were able to scale through as winners winning the hammers by a goal to nothing. Thanks to a penalty from Sergio Kun Aguero the champions were able to see off Westham to mount pressure on Liverpool at the top of the table.

Liverpool Proves Their Mettle

Liverpool were able to put up a five star display to drown Watford in goals following a shambolic show of football on Sunday at the Old Trafford. Liverpool were able to remain top of the table thanks to their five nil mauling of Watford. Thanks to an incredible display from Mane and Van Dijk the table leaders are still slimly ahead in the league.

Manchester United On Fire

Manchester United keep up their run of form under Ole Gunner Solkjaer with a massive win at Selhurst Park. The English giant are looking like a team to beat again as nothing is currently stopping them from grinding out result. Despite having a lot of injured players the Red devils were able to trash Crystal Palace at their home ground. Thanks to a brace from Lukaku and a goal from Young, Mancgester united were able to down Crystal palace three goals to one.

Southhampton Mount More Pressure On Ranieri As They Scamper Out Of The. Bottom Three

The Saints emerged winners in their home clash against Fulham mounting more pressure on Fulham coach Claudio Ranieri and also keeping their hopes for a place in the English top league
