Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Salad

When it's rainy outside, you want to stay home and cook for your family. Today, I am going to bring super healthy, easy to cook and tasty salad with Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese. Basically, you would need just salad greens, salmon and cheese. it would take 15 mins to cook and 5 mins to eat =)

Ingredients:

1. 8 cups gourmet salad greens.
2. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
3. tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4. 1 tablespoon honey
5. 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
6. 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
7. 8 ounces smoked salmon, sliced and cut into thin strips
8. 1 package of goat cheese (rolled into the balls)

How to Make It:

1. Combine 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, oil, honey, salt, and pepper to make a dressing.
2. Slowly pour on the washed salad greens and mix.
3. Place salad greens on the plate and top with smoked salad strips.
4. Roll the goat cheese into the balls.
5. Roll the balls into the dill and lemon zest.
6. Place goat cheese rolls on the top of salad.
7. Serve and enjoy!

I would pair it with the glass of rose... just to complete the full flavor of tastes.
