Hello steemian!
I will share the idea of making bebongko, this food comes from banten, indonesian.
the ingredients
- 1 liter of rice
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1 small plate of shrimp cut into pieces
- 1/2 grated coconut
- 4 red onions
- shrimp paste
- salt
how to make it
At first the rice was washed clean, then wrapped rice with leaves, about 4 spoons, given the contents of a spoon, namely: coconut + shrimp + spice. Then tied up like we make lontong (indonesian). Simply so his way and done.
Bebongko is held up to three days. And do not need sambal sambalan to eat it, because the contents have been a sauce.
Congratulations on trying it!
