POKCOY OYSTER SAY OYSTER SOURCES

INGREDIENTS :

  • 3 pokcoy balls, loose stalks, wash
  • Sufficient water
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • Salt to taste

    MATERIALS:
  • 200 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 pound onion, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • sweet soy sauce
  • Finely spices: 4 cloves garlic + 1 cm ginger + sugar, salt, pepper powder to taste

    HOW TO MAKE :
  1. Boil water, give salt and cooking oil, enter pokcoy, boil for approximately 2 minutes / adjust. Lift, drain. If you like the taste of pakcoy kres after lifted flush with cold boiled water.
  2. Sauté fine spices and onions until the fragrance, enter chicken and sesame oil, stir until the color changes.
  3. Enter the sweet soy sauce, soy sauce and oyster sauce, give enough water (I use 150 ml of water), cook until the chicken is cooked, seasoning and taste correction.
