Hello friends steemit, happy Sunday today I want to share with you an easy dessert, I say easy for its light preparation and because we only use three basic ingredients that we can buy at a low cost. It is a perfect sponge cake to accompany with various fillings of fruit, chocolate or condensed milk, as you like.

For its preparation we need the following ingredients:

• 4 Eggs
• 250gr Flour wheat
• 250gr Sugar
• Vanilla essence to taste.
• 1 Tablespoon of baking powder.

Utensils:

• A medium size bowl
• Mixer.
• Palette.
• Plato small.

Preparation:

1. First of all we put a little butter or oil in the dish and with the hand we extend it through the bottom and walls then we put a little flour and we go through the whole dish.
2. Then pour the 4 eggs in the bowl, with the blender whisk for about 15 minutes at normal speed after 15 minutes the eggs should have a frothy and a little white consistency.
3. Add the sugar little by little and beat for another 5 minutes until dissolved.
4. It incorporates the essence of vanilla and baking powder.
5. Then add the flour in two or three parts and beat approximately for three more minutes.
6. When everything is in a homogeneous mass let it rest for two minutes while preheating the oven to 180 °.
7. Pour into the dish and place in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes depending on the speed of your oven.
8. After 25 minutes try it with a wet knife and if it comes out completely clean it is ready.

With this amount of ingredients it is perfect to share between 5 and 6 people.
