I cooked my own version of steamed fish for lunch today. I grab whatever ingredients that I have in the kitchen and start cooking.
Let me show you the way:
I use pomfret fish
Fry the chopped spring onions, ginger and garlic until they turned soft, then add 2 tablespoon of oyster sauce and chicken stock and stir
Pour caramalized onions and ginger onto the fish
The fish is ready to be steamed. Steam for about 15 until the fish is cooked through
Don't forget to try it out. Simple and delicious
