Pedasnya buat huh hah...
Makan apa?
Tentunya "cabe" menjadi bumbu andalan memasak hari ini. Bosan memasak cumi dengan santan (air perasan kelapa parut), alhasil olahan cumi ala saya ini cukup dimasak dengan cara sederhana.
Lalu apa saja bumbu yang harus disiapkan?
Oups...selain bumbu, sahabat Steemit juga harus menyiapkan tenaga untuk mengulek bumbu...hehe...lanjuuuut.
Bersihkan cumi (1/2 kg) lalu campur dengan air jeruk dan garam.
Iris-iris menjadi beberapa potongan lalu rendam dengan 1 telur ayam.
Nah, setelah itu, mari tumis bumbu. Kupas 4 bawang merah, 2 bawang putih, 1/2 dari 1 tomat (buang biji), 4 cabe rawit dan 8 cabe hijau.
Tumis hingga setengah matang. Trik agar cabe tidak meletup saat ditumis, cukup dilubangi cabe atau diiris kasar.
Tiriskan dan bersiap tenaga untuk mengulek kasar menjadi sambal.
Lalu tumis hingga harum dan masukkan cumi yang sudah dicampur telur, aduk rata dengan api terkecil.
Tambahkan sedikit air dan bubuk cabe merah kering.
Tambahkan 1 sendok tepung terigu, lalu aduk rata hingga matang dan siap disantap bersama keluarga.
