Food is important, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day. This is because it sets the tone for our activities of the day. If you take your breakfast before you start your day, it increases your productivity by providing you with enough energy to carry you through the morning.
Many people rely on caffeinated beverages like coffee to break their fast. Remember, the name breakfast means eating after fasting. When we sleep, our bodies use up the food we took the night before. Breakfast is therefore necessary to restore our energy levels and keep us going.
Adding fruits to our breakfast can ensure we get the required nutrients necessary for good health and vitality.
