The Lantern Festival is coming , it is the first important festival after the Spring Festival, is one of the traditional festival in China.
lunar January is the first month of the Lunar calendar, the ancients called "xiao" as "night", so the first full moon of night in the lunar year is called the Lantern Festival.
There are many traditional customs ,such as going out and enjoying the moon , fireworks outside, guessing the lantern riddles and eating glue pudding , the traditional folk performances in the Lantern Festival.
Today I will share with you the glue pudding , most of them widely sold in the market is high sugar, high oil, I reduce the proportion of oil and sugar, add in pumpkin and purple potato, taste more delicious and healthier.
Ingredients:
- Glutinous rice flour
- pumpkin
- Purple potato
- Black sesame
- sugar
- Butter (lard)
Instructions:
make the filling
1 Put the sugar in a food processer to grind.so does the black sesame .
2 put the black sesame in a large bowl, add in powdered sugar and oil ,according to your own tastes.
I reduced the amount of sugar and oil, this makes us more healthier.
3 after mixing them with your hand and make the mixture into many small balls, and set aside.
the skin of glue pudding:
1 wash the pumpkin, purple potato ,peel them and slice them .
2 put pumpkin in a small bowl and cook it in the microwave over high for 5 minutes.
3 steam the purple potato ,steam it for about 15 minutes.
4 press the cooked pumpkin and purple potatoes with a spoon respectively.
5 take warm pumpkin ,add in some glutinous rice powder and knead it into a smooth dough. So does the purple potato .
The color skin is ready.
6 take a small amount of glutinous rice powder with warm water, knead it into a white smooth dough.
7 take a small ball from the big dough, put the sesame paste in the middle of it ,fold it upward ,sealing. Roll it into a ball. one by one .
Glue puddings are done .
8 put the glue puddings in the boiling water ,cook it for 3 to 5 minutes untill they are floating on the surface of the water ,turn off the heat.
9 dish up and serve with warm.
Glutinous rice powder is not easy to be digested . add in pumpkin and purple potato and increase dietary fiber, also with a little sweet taste, healthy and delicious .

原料:
糯米粉 250g
南瓜 100g
紫薯 200g
黑芝麻 60g
砂糖 20g
黄油(猪油) 10g
黑芝麻馅料做法:
1 熟的黑芝麻和砂糖分别放入料理机打碎。
2 在黑芝麻碗里根据自己口味添加糖和油。自己做可以减少糖和油的用量,更健康。
3 混合均匀后用手搓成小圆球,备用。
彩色汤圆皮做法:
1 南瓜,紫薯洗净,去皮,切薄片。
2 南瓜放小碗里用微波炉高火加热5分钟。
3 紫薯放入蒸锅蒸15分钟。
4 熟的南瓜和紫薯分别用勺子压成泥状。
5 温热状态加入糯米粉,并揉成光滑面团待用。彩色面皮就做好了。
6 取少量糯米粉加入温水,揉成光滑面团,这是白色汤圆皮。
7 在面团上用手分割一小部分,捏揉成小圆皮,把芝麻馅放入中间,向上包裹住芝麻,封口。搓成小球。汤圆就完成啦!逐个包完所有的面团和馅料。
8 锅内烧开水,水开后下入汤圆,煮3-5分钟,待汤圆漂浮在水面上就可以关火了。
9 装盘就可以享用啦!
糯米粉本身不容易消化,加入南瓜和紫薯,增加了膳食纤维,还带有一点点甜味,健康又美味。。
