Hey, guys!
Even though in Munich it's already dark, I am coming with this breakfast/ brunch suggestion because last night I had a couple of glasses of wine and I woke up very late, so for me it's still 45% morning and this is exactly what I am going to eat after I finish this post.

You will need:
♡ sliced bread
♡ mozzarella/ buffalo
♡ mushrooms
♡ garlic
♡ olive oil
♡ salt& pepper

You can start by turning on the oven and then you can slice some mushrooms in thick or thin slices, your choice.
Take some slices of bread and brush them with a little bit of oil, sprinkle salt and pepper like in those memes and put them into the oven for 3 minutes on medium heat until they get a little bit crunchy.
After 3-4 minutes take the bread out and while it's hot rub the bread with the raw garlic.
You're almost done, but first you need to break the mozzarella in small pieces( use your hand) and place it on the bread and now you can add the mushrooms on top.
Put them back into the oven for another 5 minutes until the mozzarella looks a little bit brown and sexy like in those pizza commercials.
Finally take the bread out of the oven and you can take as many bites as you want.
Make another round if you are still hungry, it only takes 10 minutes if you move fast.
Enjoy,
