The cocoa powdered milk block recipe was made in the PRL years when the acquisition of real chocolate in stores was bordering on a miracle. Dessert, which was supposed to be a substitute, quickly became a real hit. Although now we can easily stock up on various products, the glory years of this treat have not passed, it's still as delicious as ever.
Ingredients:
Butter - 250g
Powdered milk (fat) - 500g
Sugar - 2 cups - 500g
Cocoa powder - 3 spoons - 30g
Water (not pictured) - 1/2 glass - 125 ml
Butter biscuits - 100g
Plain wafers [not waffles :) ] - 100g
Raisins - 50g
I ballparked the quantity of the last three ingredients, you can add more or less, or use nuts or dried fruits instead. When i was young, i ate it like this, so that's how i decided to make it now :)
Thanks for sharing. It looks delicious. I will make this one time.
I remember this taste :)
