Yeah this is the Sate Padang food typical of the field which can be said to wander to Aceh hahaha just kidding. These foods are popular in Indonesia, the sate seasoning sprinkled with Kacangnya. Maybe not only spice kacangnya spice variation existed specifically namely seasoning its rich pasture. According to the angle of view most people prefer peanuts. why, because many are fond of peanuts. but it seems to me. Sate padang is fresh Meat put in big drums of water and boiled twice in order for the software to use a different and water drums. Slices of meat and seared with herbs and spices. While the water decoction is used as a soup broth, gravy making Sate. Then the gravy broth is mixed with the 19 kinds of herbs and spices that have been mashed (onion, garlic, turmeric, ginger and Lemongrass) mixed with a variety of chili. Sate yourself just burned when ordered, using charcoal of coconut shell. Eaten in a warm State, usually coupled with typical Minang balado chips.
