The gelatin is something I use from recently. Actually, I'm not his biggest fan, but for health reasons, he's got to be more and more present in my meals. However, this recipe has won me both with it's simplicity and with it's taste.
Ingredients:
🌶 800 g yoghurt
🌶 350 g of sugar
🌶 20 g of gelatin
🌶 1 pack of biscuits
🌶 2 bananas
🌶 a pinch of vanilla or 10 drops if it's liquid
🌶 cinnamon for decoration
🌶 cocoa - if desired
First we prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the packaging. In my case, first coughing in cold water for half an hour and then warming up in a water bath.
I pour the yogurt in a bowl and add the sugar and the vanilla. Stir well until the sugar melts.
Once the gelatin is ready, I add it. I pour it into a stream gradually and I constantly stir to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Optionally, you can divide the mixture into two and add one cocoa powder to one.
Cut the bananas in whatever shape you like. I chopped mine in circles.
Once our cream is ready, we prepare the dishes in which we will build our dessert. I personally used glasses, which are a remnant of a long-eaten chocolate.
The principle of roasting is such as biscuit, cream, banana and we continue until we fill the container. In case you had split the mixture and had put cocoa, alternate black and white when it's the order of the cream.
You can decorate on desire with cinnamon, coconut or whatever you have on hand.
Like all recipes, this one allows you to twist your imagination and create your own masterpiece. I will be glad to hear your ideas. :)
