Have you been working on your deadlift but it hasnt been improving, Give this a go! Basically, attach a resistance band to the bar and stand on it. By doing this you make the deadlift harder to clear ( to get the lock out). This promotes glute activation and which in turn will help you improve your deadlift strength! Here is a little video of myself doing it a few months ago.
