You have a minor misspelling in the following sentence:

This is particularly true if the idea gets expressed publically by someone with impressive credentials or the slightest bit of celebrity status in the fitness world.
It should be publicly instead of publically.

Sort:  

Publicly is certainly the commoner version, but publically is a logical alternative, mentioned in the OED with half a dozen citations from 1727 to 1998, so it can't really be called a mistake.
