Now let's go to Today's Workout.
Workout Level 6
I was very anxious for this workout, but at the same time afraid of failing at it.
We've already had a huge change.
So far every day I started my exercises with "Pull exercises" and today was different, we started with the grid "Push exercises".
And friend, that made all the difference.
Training Highlights
Negative Muscle Up
This was the exercise I feared would fail today. Since I already knew that I would have to do it at this level, I had been trying to complete at least one repetition.
Maybe because I was not "obligatory" on the day, I did not try hard, or I was too tired for that. Anyway, I had not been able to do it.
But today was different, I put all my strength to complete it, in the first set I managed to do but, I did not perform in a good way I think.
But from the second, I got the hang of it and completed the 4 sets.
I was really looking forward to this, because everyone who practices calisthenics does this exercise, now I'm going to master it.
Clap Push Ups
It requires a little strength, but it was enough to complete it in the maximum amount requested. But in the last series that I have to go to my limit, my heart gave a good acceleration.
Pull Ups
To this day the Pull Ups had not been a problem for me. But because I started with another grid, I ended up suffering a little to complete the last sets.
Squats
I still can not do the *30 reps at one time, but today it was a little easier. Even the repetition of number 20 is doing very well.
Side Crunches
I think that for having forced a little in the previous training, today was very difficult to do this. I completed the minimum this time. 6 Sets of 12 repetitions.
The place where I do my Workout
As you can see it is not one of the most beautiful places and surely the appliances are not the best. But this shows that you can complete these workouts almost anywhere.
Have strength of will, look for what you need to start too.
