The film focuses on three different characters over the course of a few days in 1969, Hollywood, Los Angeles.
Rick Dalton (Leonardo DiCaprio) is a tv cowboy star who's fame and fortune is on the decline. He is an under-rated actor, whose dreams of making it big are slowly slipping away from him.
Despite his troubles, he can rely on his best friend, Cliff (Brad Pitt), who is a charming, dog loving man who is content with being Rick's stuntman and drinking buddy.
High up in the Hollywood Hills, Rick's next door neighbour is Sharon Tate (Margot Robbie), a beautiful young actress who is ambitious and wants to be an a-list star more than anything but has yet to make her mark on Hollywood...
