British scientists have found that the process of aging of the human brain begins already at 45 years, and not at 60, as was thought before.
For 10 years, 7,000 men and women aged 45 to 70 years were examined for their ability to perceive information.
Subjects were regularly subjected to special tests, according to which scientists determined the ability to memorize, vocabulary, perception of oral speech and much more. As a result, it was proved - at the age of forty-five to forty-nine years, a slight decrease in certain functions of the brain - perception, thinking and memory, is already beginning.
