I just got to know about #ulogs #ulog from @paragon99 who I follow. After checking out the posts by @ulog , I want to start my first #ulog with saying a big thank you to @ulog and other curators of this trail which is unique and interesting. No other trail offers the freedom to express yourself in posts as much as this promises to be.
So starting off, mostly I was in school today running from one office to the other, all in a bid to get my transcript for my last season's results. Trust me, it ain't funny at all.
University of Ibadan takes pleasure in making you run all over campus to pay token processing fees to different offices.
I still consider myself lucky though. A friend if mine once had to go to print Remita, and go to the bank to pay a hundred naira processing fee just to ensure that a mistake he made while filling a form was rectified.
So if you are a Uite, you'll eventually get use to the running around. Doesn't mean it becomes fun and enjoyable though.
Been coming to the department for the past three days and I'm just hoping today is the day they deem it fit to let me have my transcript.
My day isn't completely awful though. While leaving home this morning, this cute puppy of a neighbour ran up to me and started rubbing against my legs. I had to bend down and give it a thorough scratching on the head before I left, cos it would have been criminal not to. So school can be as frustrating as it wants, I know when I get back home there'll be a puppy there needing a scratch. Now tell me, who remains angry when giving a dog a scratch?
this is a very captivating write up... Would have loved to study in U. I
Can u tell me more about @Ulog
