သမၼတထရမ့္ကေတာ့ နွစ္နိုင္ငံညိွနိုင္းမွဳဟာ အခ်ိန္ေတာ္ေတာ္ႀကာ မေျပလည္တ့ဲ အေျခေနေရာက္ေနေႀကာင္း ၊ ထုိအေျခေန ဆက္ျပီး ႀကာရွည္ဦးမည္ မဟုတ္ေႀကာင္း ေျပာႀကားထားသည္။ အေမရိကန္အစိုးရက ဇူလိုင္ 6 ရက္ေန႕ကစျပီး အခြန္မ်ားကို စတင္ေကာက္ခံမည္ျဖစ္ေႀကာင္း ေႀကညာထားသည္။ သမၼတထရမ့္ကေတာ့ ႀကာသပေတးေန႔တြင္ ထိပ္တန္းစီးပြားေရးအႀကံေပးမ်ားနွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆံုေဆြးေႏြးျပီး အခြန္စည္းႀကပ္ေရးကို မီးစိမ္းျပခ့ဲသည္။
ကမၻာ့စီးပြားေရးအင္အားႀကီးနိုင္ငံ 2 နိုင္ငံတို႕၏ ကုန္သြယ္ေရးပဋီပကၡျပင္းထန္လာေစရံုမွ် မက သမၼတထရမ့္သည္ ကေနဒါ ၊ မကၠဆီကို ၊ နွင့္ ဥေရာပအဖြဲ႕အစည္းနိုင္ငံမ်ားအေပၚတြင္လည္း စတီးနွင့္ အလ်ဴ မီနံယံ သြင္းကုန္မ်ားအေပၚ အခြန္စည္းႀကပ္ထားေသးသည္။
အေစာပိုင္းကာလမ်ားက ေပက်င္းမွ ေဒၚလာ 50 ဘီလီယံတန္ဖိုးရွိေသာ အေမရိကန္ ပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖစ္သည့္ ကား ၊ ေလေႀကာင္းသံုးပစၥည္းမ်ားနွင့္ ပဲပိစပ္တို႕ အေပၚ တန္ျပန္ အခြန္စည္းႀကပ္မွဳ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ ေျပာခ့ဲသည္။ တရုတ္နိုင္ငံျခားေရးဝန္ႀကီးဌာနမွ ေျပာေရးဆိုခြင့္ရွိသူ Geng Shuang ကေတာ့ အေမရိကန္က တရုတ္၏ အက်ိဳးစီးပြားကို ထိခိုက္လာလွ်င္ ခ်က္ခ်င္းတန္ျပန္အစီစဥ္မ်ားျပဳလုပ္၍ ကာကြယ္သြားမည္ဟု ေသာႀကာေန႔တြင္ ေျပာႀကားခ့ဲသည္။ သမၼတထရမ့္ကေတာ့ တရုတ္က တန္ျပန္တိုက္ခိုက္မွဳ မရပ္လွ်င္ အေမရိကန္ က တရုတ္၏ ကုန္သြယ္မွဳပမာဏ ေဒၚလာ 100 ဘီလီယံဖိုး အေပၚ ထပ္မံ ျပစ္ဒဏ္ခ်မွတ္သြားမည္ဟု ျပန္လည္ေခ်ပထားသည္။
