Sinigang or Stew is a Filipino dish, it is a sour soup that uses tamarind as it's base flavor, it can be cooked with shrimp, fish and meat. Sinigang is one of the most popular viands in filipino cuisine. It's awesome for lunch or dinner..

Sinigang na hipon is one of my favorite viand especially if its cooked by my mom..
