Just look at the middle(line) part of green leaf and focus on it for 2 to 3 minutes, avoid blinking your eyes. If you feel like blinking you can close your eyes for few seconds and again you can continue focusing on leaf after 3 minutes take a deep breath place your palm on your eyes and relax for 2 minutes. Practice this method every day just for 5 minutes, I am sure you can improve your eye sight .
