The vast universe holds a million mysteries and beauty. For those of you who really like traveling, you are certainly dreaming of exploring the universe. Adventure through the universe certainly cannot be done by everyone and even almost everyone. The infinite breadth is impossible to explore using transportation on Earth. Did you know that the universe can be explored using black holes as a launch pad?
Scientists and astronomers based on their latest research allow us to adventure in the universe. This can be done by using a black hole that is used as a launch pad. Next, we can adventure to explore the stars scattered in the universe. Fun isn't it?
How can this happen? The scientists explained the possibility of firing a laser beam. The laser beam turns out to have curvature when its position is around a black hole. It turns out that the laser beam not only experiences curvature but also gets additional energy. The additional energy is able to push sky objects including spacecraft. The result of encouragement to the spacecraft made the aircraft capable of driving near the speed of light. So amazing that this method is known as the hello drive.
"Hello drive" is a term they mentioned where this method is exactly like an exploit or cheat that is often found in a computer game. As we know that when we play computer games, we always use exploits. This exploit is exactly like a hacking system where we can do something that is actually very prohibited.
If exploits in the real world make it possible for a civilization to be able to reach a space flight very quickly. Both are done back and forth so that they can cross a galaxy at a very low cost. This is certainly the opposite of space missions which cost a lot of money. This is very possible because it is predicted that in the future the spacecraft will have a mirror-like screen. Thus it can be reflected in a laser that has a high strength instead of a plane booster.
Why use a black hole foundation? This is because black holes have a gravitational field. This gravitational field is very strong. Even so strong then no one can escape the black hole attack including light. Even so, the black hole's gravitational field turns out to change the path through which light photons pass. This photon can swing to surround the black hole until it returns to its source. If you use a high-strength laser, the laser will return to the origin of the shooting at a speed faster than before. Thus, if there is a spacecraft shot by the laser, the plane is capable of traveling at a very large speed.
Based on the research, it is known that if the halo drive method is used, the spacecraft will have a mass equivalent to Jupiter's mass so that it will be able to reach the relativistic speed as desired. However, the hello drive can only work if its position is close to a black hole. Its proximity is around 5 or 50 times the diameter of the black hole that it orbits. Although this technology is very impossible but very possible for humans to do.
