Baiklah saya akan menbahas sebuah resep makanan yang unik dan enak dan cara pembuatannya, sinak ulasannya secara rinci dibawah ini:Halo sahabat steemit bertemu lagi dengan saya @bayhaqi, kali saya akan membahasa sebuah resep makanan yang unik dan enak yaitu: Tahu Masak Tauco. Sebelum mebahas resep makanan tersebut terlebih dahulu saya minta maaf bila ada kesalahan dalam penulisan kata-kata dimaklumkan saja karena masih dalam proses belajar.

- 500 gram tahu yunyi sutra, potong dadu, goreng hingga matang
- 1 batang serai, memarkan
- 3 lembar daun salam
- 2 buah tomat, iris
- 3 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
- 6 buah bawang merah, iris tipis
- 1/4 bawang bombay, iris tipis
- 2 buah cabai hijau besar, iris tipis
- 5 batang jagung putren, iris serong
- 3 buah cabai rawit utuh
- 2 batang daun bawang, iris
- 3 sdm tauco asin
- 3 sdm kecap manis
- 1/4 gula merah, iris tipis
- Merica secukupnya
- Kaldu bubuk secukupnya
- Air secukupnya
| Cara memasak: |

- Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, bombay, cabai hijau, serai, dan daun salam hingga harum
- Masukkan tomat dan jagung putren aduk rata. Tambahkan air, tauco, kecap manis, kaldu bubuk, gula merah, dan merica. Aduk rata dan masak sebentar hingga mendidih.
- Masukkan tahu yg telah digoreng dan cabai rawit utuh. Masak hingga bumbu meresap. Koreksi rasa.
- Menjelang diangkat, masukkan daun bawang, aduk rata.
- Angkat, sajikan.
