Hi,
Today i do a delicious dish of fish
You will need :
- Spices (Pepper red ground , Pepper black ground, salt, mixed spices,turmeric, black ground lemon).
- Big fish that clean and opened in half.
- Mixture (onion, tomato, hot green Pepper).<<<They are cut into small pieces.
- olive oil.
- Lemon.
To prepare :
- Preheat oven to 180C .
- Put fish in a pan .
- Mix the mixture with spices and put over it lemon and olive oil.
- Put the above mix on the fish
- Leave in the oven for an hour.
