Introducing the EOS.IO Dev Playground, a new tool for developers

For EOS to have a good adoption among developers, we believe that tools should be offered to the community. With this in mind, we created a secure environment for developers to build and test their EOS applications.

Dev Playground is a sandbox environment, in which you can create, edit, compile and publish your applications using a web browser. Dev playground is connected to the EOS Rio testnet for developers, so you can deploy your contracts and actions directly to the blockchain, removing any infrastructure burdens.

EOS Rio testnet is kept up to date with the latest EOS.IO releases, so that you have feedback on how your software will run on the real blockchain.

Dev Playground was inspired by the awesome work of tbfleming’s clang in browser.
