"Look at the track record of the team behind an ICO before you invest. Look at how long has the founders been in the cryptocurrency space, or at least in the tech space because that’s one of the biggest criteria for investors’ trust. A team with a proven track record would raise money much easier than a team with no experience in the space. An example would be EOS.IO. At the time of writing, EOS has a market cap of $10.1 billion dollars despite it not releasing any working product yet. Why did people invest that huge amount in a project with no product yet? Because of Dan Larimer and his team has a proven track record in the cryptocurrency space and that’s why people trust that they’d deliver."
