I especially like the part about engagement. What a great idea to host a Q&A or a contest (of course, only when you are already an established author)...If you have a long term challenge, I think it woud be interesting to set like a daily topic to write about and see how the authors tackle the topic. Just an idea :) Gotta go through more of your posts!
