You know it was not till a few years back my friend in England made me try it. I thought it was always raw fish and that is not the case. Have you tried it before?
I make a point of always trying something at least once, and the regular Sushi wasnt for me, mind you that was a few years ago my tastes have changed, your summer one I am thinking of trying when the kids and grandkids visit next

Took me years too. I always loved Asian buffets. It was at the constant urging of my friend in England that I tried it. Now I am hooked lol. I make some quite often. Did you ever get a taste for it??

That's so strange, it was fine when I commented at Dtube platform. Well, anyway, this was my comment if I remember correctly: A very creative way by using melon, makes the sushi feels so summer!
