I have found, Any Video Converter if you convert to OGG Movie (*.ogv) looks like The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. But there is no mention in help on file types.... HTML5 .mp4 works.... All ways be careful where you download any software. I downloaded from file hippo and it silently installed Chromium the open source browser it was not malicious but unwanted.

Hey there, you can also use QuickTime Pro, export any video, set the bitrate to 5000 and you should be good to go as well.
I'm a Windows man and this software is free and functional...
