The atmosphere we breathe in and out so often is made up largely of microscopic things which pass through us unchanged. Still, the way in which we draw our breathes has a huge effect on our psychological states, but can it
effect our physical states as well? Can we hypnotize ourselves into better people? If so to what extent?
