Voted for

• Selecting witnesses that are aligned with the Dolphin Council's goals and to promote rotation in the top 20
• Rewarding users and projects with recognition and upvotes (voting trail)
• Forming a real world foundation and submitting a proposal to the Steem Alliance
• Create a Dolphin Council welcoming committee that helps new users via votes and guidance

As much as I like the idea of a flag trail against abuse and a pact to protect members, I am a bit reluctant to vote for it. I know, "If you want peace, prepare for war", but history shows enough examples, where that also backfired. Not against those two points per se, but I would want to see the right standards and tools in place, so things don't get out of control.
