The dollar went to the "bottom": the hryvnia again strengthened before the weekend

The National Bank established the official value of the American currency on September 30
On Monday, September 30, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the official dollar to hryvnia exchange rate:

Thus, in comparison with the values of September 27, the dollar fell 11 kopecks after the first and so far the only increase in the last 11 days.
The cost of "bucks" is at a minimum of three years and eight months. The course came close to the psychological mark of 24 hryvnia, below which it did not fall since January 15, 2016. For a week - from September 23 to 30 - the hryvnia against the dollar gained 54 kopecks!
