Live content can be static content on IPFS if its just broken up into blocks of short periods of time and constantly added, I really think there are better ways to do it though than IPFS.

True, but I don't think that's efficient enough and it'll likely cause staggered viewing or lag. I'm just interested in how they plan to make the live streaming decentralized, yet still provide quality viewing and minimal lag.
