A little new years salute for you!

Hi everybody

As a homemade-enthusiast I have made a small cannon, and wanted to share it with you guys. See the photos below:

You need a pen (unmountable), a small vessel (prefferably plastic) with a lid on, and an electric lighter, the ones with piezo-electric crystal spark inside,

here is what I used:

Carefully carve a hole in the small vessel in both ends:

Insert the lighter into one end:

Dismantle the pen:

And insert it to the other hole in your small plastic vessel:

Now your lighter is the gas-source and the igniter. First close the lid, then fill some projectile into the gun barrel, hold the vessel firmly and fill with some gas (press the lighter button half way through), the ignite! If the gas does not ignite you have eiter too much or too little gas inside the vessel. You just have to do a couple of trial and error to find the right amount of gas. If you get the mixture just right you will end up with something like this:
