Ita been about a week without checking in. Ive been off work this week so i havent had as much opportunity to post. Anyways, still on track. As you can see by the gravy, ive softened my no carbs aspect but the overal strategy of no eating between my principle 2-3 meals has been working great.
Actually in the middle of eating what remains of my open faced breakfast burrito: homemade breakfast sausage, jalapeños, mushrooms, eggs, bake ham, and a little bit of cheese, all topped in sriracha sauce!
So far, my lowest recorded is about 233.5. Once I get back into a routine, I fully expect to resume diet full blast. 225 is only a few weeks away!
