In this post I'll just talk by me but I know a lot of people in Hive, although some don't say it openly in public, also demand for transparency.
This is about Hive DHF and @valueplan
For those who don't know, @valueplan is a project/group of DHF proposals owned by 5 users, @guiltyparties , @blocktrades, @crimsonclad, @smooth and @theycallmedan
In 2022 @valueplan got from DHF 393k HBD, the biggest amount for a DHF proposal and the double of second DHF proposal, from @spkproposal.
In November 2022 I asked @guiltyparties for a detailed report on @valueplan funds distribution. He reply me that in December 2022 we will have that report.
We are in January 2023 and no report!
What do we know so far about @valueplan
52,239 HBD have been returned to DHF
@valueplan distributed 340,751 HBD in 2022
From those 340,751 HBD, @valueplan transferred 156k Hive (converted in the internal market) to a rally car, where the focus and main objective was the Rallye Monte-Carlo 2023 in Monaco this month (16 - 22 January 2023)
@guiltyparties words about the rally car support: "Hive gaining access to an event in Monaco where we will be the only crypto could have insane results."
Unfortunately!
It happens that the car will not compete in the Rallye Monte-Carlo 2023 and I guess Hive will not be present in Monaco.
Yet about the rally car, @lordbutterfly also got from @valueplan 6,500 HBD (Rally car | 2022 costs delayed | professional documentary filming | Hive promotional material creation) to be in Monaco during the car competition.
Don't know if he will be in Monaco without the car or he will return the HBD to Valueplan, no words till now, also no words from the rally car about any DHF return to Valueplan, or not, also no words from @valueplan or any of the 5 stakeholders about this.
Also no annual report from any of the 5 @valueplan's stakeholders about this and all other projects supported, results of that support, detailed explanation of some transfers, like unexpected costs, incidentals, etc, etc, etc... Which of those projects were a success and what impact did they have to Hive and which, if any, did not run as expected. In one word,
Transparency
I'm still waiting for that.

You don't have to answer me nothing at all, I'm just one in Hive. If you think you should explain anything about what you will do with 6,500 HBD from DHF, explain to all, not to me.

No. Apparently they were removed from the race last second due to rally organizer fault. Not sure which big one is next. Italy or Portugal i think.
Well, would interesting to hear from them for sure. It's very good that you stay on topic and don't fall into downvotes or flame battles. That is better than what others show sometimes! Sometimes I'm just waiting for the day I'll get added to one arbitrary downvote trail and get annihilated.
