Hello to all friends Steemers, today I want to bring you a delicious and easy dessert, this dessert reminds me a lot of my mom, since she is a lover of chocolate profiteroles:
I hope you enjoy the recipe and that it will be as delicious as the one my mother and I ate, thanks to Steemit's first payment.
For the mass:
- 125 ml of milk
- 50 g of butter
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 75 g of flour
- 1 spoonful of sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 100 ml of water.
For the filling:
- 200 ml cold cream
- 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
For the sauce:
- Bitter chocolate
- 100 mg of butter
preparation:
First preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking tray with parchment or vegetable paper.
On the other hand sieve the flour with the help of a strainer or a sieve. On the other hand in a saucepan put the butter with salt and 87 ml of water, stir. Add the flour and form a ball by removing it to the side of the saucepan. Then add the eggs one by one and beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
In a pastry bag or Zip-freezer bag, add the dough and cut one end. We make 18 cupcakes about the size of a walnut. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes or until lightly browned. We let them cool.
For chocolate glaze:
- Melt the bitter chocolate chopped in pieces together with the butter in "Baño María", add until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
For the chantilly cream:
- Beat the cold cream with an electric mixer or by hand until you reach the "Chantilly point", then add the powdered sugar until the cream forms in the cream.

Looks delicious!
