This is grilled fresh Tilapia Fish, a native dish of Philippines. Added by grilled tender juicy hotdog, inside covered by green leaves of banana is grilled milkfish or known as "bangus" in Tagalog. It is grilled using a grid (parilya) with charcoal to produce heat enough to grill the fish.

ahhh ok, kala ko parang pampalasa din ung may halo ung dahon na something na mas nakakapagpasarap hihi, pero ang cool now lang aq nakakita ng bangus na binalot pag binabange eh hihi. thanks sis ang sarap ng post mo! nakakagutom hehehe
